December 8

Madhuri Patangay, 726 82nd Street, West Des Moines, was westbound on Greene Street. Due to road conditions, her vehicle slid over the curb at the intersection of Nile Kinnick Drive, and struck the concrete base of the stop light control box. There was no damage to stop light base or box. Damage to Patangay’s vehicle is estimated at $1,100.

December 7

South Dallas County Landfill, 2000 Main Street, Adel, reported a theft.

December 6

Jeremy J. Boeck, 5232 Dakota Drive, West Des Moines, had pulled into a parking spot at Casey’s General Store, 816 Greene Street, Adel. Boeck exited the vehicle prior to putting it into park and the vehicle rolled forward, striking the building. There was no damage to his vehicle. There was approximately $1000 damage to the Casey’s building.

Kum & Go, 409 Nile Kinnick Dr. S., Adel, reported a shoplifting incident and the Adel Public Library reported a theft. These incidents involved three individuals and resulted in the following arrests:

Konner Dale Faux, age 18, 311 6th Street, Menlo, was arrested for theft-5th degree, joint criminal conduct and a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of prescription drugs charge.

Logan Christopher Partlow, age 18, 402 7th Street, Menlo, was arrested for theft-5th degree, interference with official acts, possession of alcohol under legal age, and joint criminal conduct.

Johnathan Victor Muilenburg, age 19, 1109 Grant Street, Redfield, was arrested for theft-5th degree, possession of stolen property and joint criminal conduct.

December 4

Jon W. Johnson, 2318 230th Street, Dallas Center, was traveling southbound in the 1400 block of Nile Kinnick Drive S., and struck a deer that entered the roadway. His vehicle sustained approximately $1,400 damage. There were no injuries.

December 3

Phillip J. Harryman, age 24, 7407 Camden Lane, Urbandale, was arrested for operating while intoxicated -1st offense, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

December 2

Zion Recovery, 309 S. 7th Street, Suite C, Adel, reported a burglary.

The Insurance Navigator, 309 S. 7th Street, Suite A, Adel, reported a burglary.

Trisha L. Oberhoffer, 1323 Bailey Court, Adel, reported identity theft.
