WAUKEE –– Seven associates of the Village at Legacy Pointe retirement community of Waukee are recipients of the “Watermark Thrive Award,” a national recognition of exemplary commitment to fulfill the company’s vision of creating extraordinary communities where people thrive.
Recipients included Dale Carter, Maintenance Associate; Jenna Wilhem, Administrative Assistant; Teri Caldwell, Business Office Manager; Maddie Luedtke, Dining Services Director; Allie Parker, Community Life Associate and Lisa Knapp, Community Life Director. Each of their roles is essential to making the community a place where individuals thrive in a worry-free, positive, vibrant environment.
Executive Director Tammy Olson was also recognized as a national “Rookie of the Year,” awarded to a new Watermark Retirement Communities associate for making substantial contributions to his or her community within their first year.
“We’re thrilled to have not just one or two, but seven national award recipients,” said Olson. “It shows the talent of our team and, more importantly, their dedication to putting our residents first and ensuring they feel right at home.”
