Jimmy Phillips Vo, age 40 of 2927 Kading Rd., Perry was arrested on a warrant for violation of the sex offender registry.

Glenn Lee Rochholz, age 45 of 700 Pershing Rd., Maquoketa was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while barred.

July 18, 2014

Mario Hernandez, age 28 of 816 William St., Perry was cited and released for driving while suspended.

Sara Cantrell of Dallas Center at the Casey’s Store in Dallas Center when she stepped on the brake and her vehicle went forward crashing into the building. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $5000.00 and approximately $5000.00 to the Casey’s building.

Juan Manuel Salcedo, age 35 of 5155 Scarborough Way, Sacramento, CA., was arrested at the 104 mile marker of Interstate 80 for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kimberly Mae Smith, age 33 of 307 North Cedar St., Jefferson was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charges of theft 2ndand theft 3rd.

Anthony Jason Chiri, age 30 of 311 Birch Ave., Woodward was arrested at 113 North Walnut St., Woodward for violation of a protection order.

July 20, 2014

Marcos Barbosa Compos, age 37 of 1200 11th St., West Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of Indecent Exposure.

Alan Randolph Heywood Jr., age 30 of 2305 1st Ave., #7, Perry was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of burglar’s tools.

July 21, 2014

Jeffrey Wayne Weesner, age 37 of 425 NE Maple Ave., Earlham was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of going armed with intent.

Kyle Baxter of 12155 J Ave., Perry reported the theft of items from a garage on his property.

Merlin and Rose Sanders of 330 Marshall St., Dexter reported that he found a windmill in his backyard with 4 bullet holes in it.
