Coming off a 10-6-2 season the Waukee boys’ soccer team had three players selected to the All-CIC first team and one player selected to the second team. The Warriors had six players selected to the Eastern Division All-CIC first and second teams and four players recieved honorable mentions.
Senior forward Ike Bruns, senior midfielder Tom Bean and junior defender Adam Novak all received first-team All-CIC and Eastern Division All-CIC honors. Bruns led the team with 32 points (11 goals, 10 assists) while Bean finished second on the team with 20 points (9 goals, 2 assists) this season. Adam Novak started 17 games this season.
Junior midfielder Jon Brimeyer was the only Warrior to recieve second-team All-CIC honors. He was also selected to the Eastern Division All-CIC second team. He had 10 points (2 goals, 6 assists) this season.
Freshman forward Alex Herrera and junior defender Michael Ellis were selected to the Eastern Division All-CIC second team. Herrera finished the season with 11 points (4 goals, 3 assists) and Ellis started 17 games.
Luke Reese, Dellan Llewellyn, Luke Fegen and Dallin Elmer all recieved Eastern Division All-CIC honorable mentions.
Reese started 18 games, Llewellyn had two assists, Fegen had 12 points (4 goals, 4 assists) and Elmer had eight points (3 goals, 2 assists) this season.
